Hey there, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Rachel

Rachel Talley ‘Brand Mom’ | Strategist | Marketing Leader – in Richmond, VA

Based in Richmond, I’ve spent the last 10 years helping teams build brands and untangle complex marketing work across industries.

Affectionately known around the block as the team “brand mom,” I’m usually the one holding the big picture, supporting the humans behind the work, and happily filling whatever space the team needs to keep things moving.

My work is powered by curiosity, empathy, a healthy tolerance for a little chaos, and just a dash of “how does she do it all?” energy.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP

Rachel has a way of elevating every project she touches. Her ideas are thoughtful, well-researched, and grounded in real insight, which makes the final work stronger. She is not only one of the strongest strategists I’ve worked with, but is also one of the kindest and most reliable teammates.

Account Manager

Rachel brings a rare depth to every project and team – she is always thinking a few steps ahead – connecting insights, brand, and execution into one clear direction.

Brand Manager

She’s always willing to let teams run with a creative idea, but will let you know when you’re going off the rails and bring you back into the project at hand.

AD

Rachel’s kindness, humor, and steady positive energy make her someone teams naturally gravitate toward. She creates an environment where people feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to do great work.

Senior Account Director

She had a way of making our entire team’s life easier. Rachel is one of those people who makes teams better just by being on them. She listens well, builds on other people’s ideas, and helps turn good thinking into great work.

Creative Director

What makes Rachel special is how she balances analytical thinking with creative instinct. She’s just as comfortable digging into research as she is shaping the big idea.

Creative Director

We jokingly started telling Rachel she had  “brand mom energy,” but there’s truth behind it. She has a natural way of taking care of the team while also ensuring the work is solid and the project actually moves forward.
